Westbury Park Engineering was hired for the manufacture of a DML/Babcock nuclear fuel handling tower, used for the refuelling of Trident submarines at the HMNB Devonport Docks, Plymouth.
This project required us to carry out seismic design and the fabrication of additional dockside access platforms. The final structure was then fully trial assembled at Westbury Park Engineering before installation on site.
